Q: For whom is this site?
A: We are a wholesaler, supplying many different stores across the world from our central warehouse in Germany. As such, we supply products in larger quantities and not single products destined for consumer sales. This is what our trade partners do.
Q: Why can't I complete the order and pay for the goods on the site?
A: We receive your order via e-mail and want to check all details first. This way we ensure deatils such as delivery address and specific terms & conditions are all complete and correct. When we have questions we contact you to clarify.
Q: Can I change my login name and/or password?
A: Yes. Simply contact info@sunday-international.com and we can change it according to your instructions. After we have implemented it in our system we update overnight so it takes up to 24 hours before your change is effective. Until that time your current login and password functions.
Q: How can I get trade access to the site?
A: Simply complete the details under LOG IN and First Time. When we recieve your details we will verify the information and confirm the access details to you via e-mail.
